1、物料與熱量換算不守恒
物(wu)料(liao)與(yu)熱(re)量(liang)換(huan)算(suan)不(bu)守(shou)恒(heng)造(zao)成(cheng)各(ge)效(xiao)揮(hui)發(fa)麵(mian)積(ji)換(huan)算(suan)有(you)誤(wu),當(dang)直(zhi)接(jie)采(cai)用(yong)一(yi)次(ci)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)時(shi),一(yi)效(xiao)換(huan)熱(re)量(liang)太(tai)大(da),二(er)效(xiao)三(san)效(xiao)換(huan)熱(re)量(liang)太(tai)小(xiao),尤(you)其(qi)是(shi)二(er)效(xiao)換(huan)熱(re)量(liang)過(guo)鍾(zhong)頭(tou)就(jiu)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)各(ge)效(xiao)揮(hui)發(fa)溫(wen)度(du)太(tai)高(gao)。RNJM03-5000型三效降膜式蒸發器各效揮發總麵積分別為125㎡、63㎡、62㎡,正常冷凝溫度分別為70~72℃、57~65℃、45~55℃,異常的冷凝溫度分別為78~82℃、70~75℃、55~60℃。
2、設備漏汽比較嚴重

3、冷卻器換熱量和冷卻水的影響
冷(leng)凝(ning)溫(wen)度(du)過(guo)高(gao)的(de)原(yuan)因(yin)大(da)部(bu)分(fen)來(lai)源(yuan)於(yu)冷(leng)卻(que)器(qi)冷(leng)疑(yi)總(zong)麵(mian)積(ji)不(bu)夠(gou),製(zhi)冷(leng)水(shui)流(liu)量(liang)過(guo)多(duo)或(huo)冷(leng)卻(que)循(xun)環(huan)水(shui)溫(wen)度(du)太(tai)高(gao)。冷(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)的(de)結(jie)構(gou)有(you)著(zhe)很(hen)大(da)的(de)式(shi)與(yu)間(jian)接(jie)性(xing)式(shi)2種(zhong)。立(li)即(ji)式(shi)冷(leng)卻(que)器(qi)多(duo)為(wei)噴(pen)灑(sa)式(shi)為(wei)主(zhu)導(dao),製(zhi)冷(leng)效(xiao)果(guo)比(bi)較(jiao)好(hao),二(er)次(ci)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)與(yu)冷(leng)卻(que)循(xun)環(huan)水(shui)接(jie)觸(chu)混(hun)和(he),主(zhu)要(yao)缺(que)點(dian)會(hui)汙(wu)染(ran)冷(leng)卻(que)循(xun)環(huan)水(shui)。間(jian)接(jie)性(xing)式(shi)冷(leng)卻(que)器(qi)有(you)列(lie)管(guan)換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)、盤列管式、pingbanshijiluoxuanshibanshilengningqi。jianjiexingshilengqueqiercizhengqibuhelengquexunhuanshuijiechu,buwuranlengquexunhuanshui。yinweishijianjiexingkaizhanchuanre,yincixiaoguoburulijishilengqueqihao。
4、機械泵吸氣量不夠
真空值高而冷凝溫度低,相反冷凝溫度高。機械泵吸氣量不夠也會導致真空值減少,冷凝溫度則會升高。機械泵吸氣量不夠有2層麵緣故:一是測算機械泵吸氣量不夠,理論分析機械泵吸氣量是依據主要參數(如進到冷凝器的二次蒸汽量、環境溫度,超濾裝置的容積及未冷疑掉的蒸汽量等)根據曲線圖計算確定的,具體機械泵吸氣量應按照測算係數的1.5倍(bei)以(yi)上(shang)選(xuan)擇(ze)。二(er)是(shi)機(ji)械(xie)泵(beng)過(guo)電(dian)流(liu)件(jian)腐(fu)蝕(shi),真(zhen)空(kong)值(zhi)慢(man)慢(man)損(sun)耗(hao),有(you)一(yi)些(xie)二(er)次(ci)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)中(zhong)攜(xie)帶(dai)具(ju)備(bei)腐(fu)蝕(shi)性(xing)堿(jian)性(xing)物(wu)質(zhi),假(jia)如(ru)還(hai)未(wei)冷(leng)疑(yi)掉(diao)便(bian)被(bei)抽(chou)到(dao)到(dao)機(ji)械(xie)泵(beng)中(zhong),會(hui)讓(rang)離(li)心(xin)泵(beng)端(duan)口(kou)造(zao)成(cheng)浸(jin)蝕(shi),造(zao)成(cheng)離(li)心(xin)泵(beng)端(duan)口(kou)空(kong)隙(xi)增(zeng)加(jia),吸(xi)氣(qi)量(liang)不(bu)夠(gou)。因(yin)而(er)應(ying)依(yi)據(ju)原(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)pH值情況對離心泵過電流件原材料做出決定,如帶有浸蝕性較強的二次蒸汽,可采取304L或316L不鏽鋼材料開展生產製造。
